The dreaded shredding of the notorious Count PICKula (Mitch Farber), and the horror-inducing harmonies of the monstrous FRETkenstein (Tom Lippincott)will be on full display one afternoon only! Join DUO BRUBECK as they celebrate the harvest festival on Saturday, 24 October 2015 at 2:00 pm as part of the amazing Arts at St. John’s Concert Series on Miami Beach, Florida.
Groove to a brand new arrangement of Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition”, and “Old Devil Moon”, as we celebrate the end of “Summertime” with a musical homage to Jimi Hendrix’s version of “Star Spangled Banner”.
Musical tributes to be performed include those honoring Bob Marley, Desi Arnaz and a special new composition “I Dream of Miami Beach”, in honor of the 100th Anniversary of Miami Beach and her great musical leader-Jackie Gleason.
Master guitar shredding is guaranteed in this concert, which will also feature music of the Beatles, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Chick Corea and Bill Withers.
